Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai has signed a notification on the list and level of funding for projects under the Target Program for Socio-Economic Development of some ministries and localities proposed by the Ministry of Planning and Investment, including the Investment Project to complete the bypass of National Highway 1A in the eastern part of Dong Ha City, Quang Tri province.
