On June 4, Quang Nam province held a workshop to comment on the mid-term report on the Quang Nam Provincial Planning for the period of 2021 – 2030, with a vision to 2050. Mr. Le Tri Thanh, Chairman of Quang Nam Provincial People’s Committee, said that giving suggestions for local planning in the coming time is extremely important for the development of the locality. Therefore, Mr. Thanh expressed his desire to receive contributions to the planning project on the advantages and disadvantages and find more options and propose new breakthroughs for the local implementation.
“Quang Nam is a province in the Central Key Economic Zone, located near the major industrial and service centers of Da Nang and Dung Quat Economic Zone (Quang Ngai), located on the main traffic routes and routes. The national highway belongs to the East-West economic corridor, so there are many advantages and potentials for development. It is expected that by the end of 2022, Quang Nam will submit a complete planning project to the Prime Minister”, Mr. Le Tri Thanh informed.
