Currently, many countries have removed barriers to international arrivals, such as Thailand, Cambodia, some European countries, etc. Vietnam currently does not have specific regulations on entry to prevent and control the epidemic for this group of tourists.
On February 26, the Ministry of Health proposed tightening regulations, not accepting quick test results and visitors not leaving the accommodation within 72 hours after entering. On March 3 and 12, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism twice submitted to the Government the plan to open the door in the direction of keeping open regulations for approval and assigned the Ministry to announce the reopening of tourism activities in the context of the new normal on March 15.
