SEOUL — Jimin of BTS broke a record on Billboard 200 as his second solo album extended its stay to the 26th week.
Muse ranked No 119 on the main albums chart, up 16 rungs from the previous week, becaming the longest-charting LP from a K-pop solo musician, dethroning bandmate Jungkook’s first solo set Golden.
The album debuted on the chart at No 2.
Lead single Who secured No. 41 spot on its Hot 100 chart in the 25th week, the third-longest streak for a K-pop singer, only after BTS’ Dynamite and Psy’s Gangnam Style and tying Fifty Fifty’s Cupid.
The song is enjoying its 20th week on the UK’s Official Singles Top 100, ranking No13, after hitting it at No 4 in July.
It was shortlisted for K-pop Song of the Year by 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards on Wednesday in the US. The Korea Herald/ANN
