On May 29, Phu Quoc Express Joint Stock Company, which operates the Thang Long high-speed boat on the Ho Chi Minh City – Con Dao route, announced that it would continue to offer free transportation for passengers from 23/9 Park (District 1, Ho Chi Minh City) to Saigon – Hiep Phuoc Port (Nha Be District).
Previously, the company had announced that it would stop offering passenger transportation services starting June 1, transferring this responsibility to another professional service provider. The company had coordinated with the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Transport to find a suitable unit capable of providing this service. However, no suitable provider has been found to date.

To facilitate passengers traveling from downtown Ho Chi Minh City to the Saigon – Hiep Phuoc Express Boat Terminal, the company will continue to organize free shuttle buses for passengers who have registered in advance from the city center to the port and vice versa starting from June 1 until further notice.
Additionally, visitors can also choose to travel by personal means to the port and park their vehicles there.
