The 10th Ho Chi Minh City Ao Dai Festival officially kicked off on the evening of March 7th at Nguyen Hue Pedestrian Street (District 1, Ho Chi Minh City) with various captivating artistic performances. At the event, more than 800 impressive ao dai designs from 30 famous designers were showcased and introduced to visitors.
As part of the festival, the synchronized ao dai dance program themed “I love Vietnamese ao dai” brought together over 5,000 participants, including city leaders, department representatives, members of the City Women’s Union, festival ambassadors, and citizens…

Under the guidance of choreographer Minh Nhat and the Rex dance group, thousands of participants dressed in colorful ao dai danced along the street, creating a picturesque scene, contributing to the preservation and nurturing of love for ao dai and traditional values, as well as promoting tourist destinations…
Additionally, various sightseeing spots, experiences, and interactions were organized, such as an ao dai exhibition space, display booths, ao dai painting scenes, silk dyeing, making traditional figurines, portrait drawing… offering many exciting experiences for locals and tourists visiting the Ho Chi Minh Statue Park and Nguyen Hue Street, Lam Son Park…
The 10th Ho Chi Minh City Ao Dai Festival in 2024, with its diverse range of activities, will continue until March 17th.
