Within the framework of the 7th Congress of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, term 2022-2025, on the evening of March 30, in Hanoi, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association held a ceremony to award the Vietnam Gold Star Award. 2021 with the theme “Light of the future”, honoring TOP10/TOP100/TOP200 typical Vietnamese brands.

Attending the ceremony were Politburo member, Head of the Central Economic Commission Tran Tuan Anh; Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda Department Nguyen Trong Nghia; members of the Party Central Committee: Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan, First Secretary of the Party Central Committee Nguyen Anh Tuan, and representatives of leaders of ministries, departments, central and local agencies.
In the opening speech, Chairman of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association Dang Hong Anh said: The Vietnam Gold Star Award 2021 has many innovations in the implementation and voting process to adapt to the situation of the COVID-19 epidemic. . After selecting from provinces, cities, ministries and branches, 294 enterprises from 55 provinces and cities across the country were nominated to participate in the Awards.
The voting process is conducted in three rounds: Pre-qualification, actual appraisal at the enterprise and final selection. After the preliminary round, 220 enterprises were selected to enter the appraisal stage. More than 40 appraisal teams consisting of leaders of reputable enterprises, experts in the fields of industry, goods, accounting, auditing KPMG and representatives of press and television agencies… businesses through the pre-qualification round to verify the actual business activities of enterprises.
Based on the actual appraisal results, the National Selection Council selected the best businesses to award the Vietnam Gold Star Award 2021 along with the titles of TOP10/TOP100/TOP200 typical Vietnamese brands. .
The total revenue of 200 branded enterprises that won the Vietnam Gold Star Award 2021 is over VND747,000 billion , contributing over VND40,000 billion to the state budget and creating jobs for more than 450,000 employees .
TOP10 Vietnam Gold Star 2021 includes brands: FPT, Viettel Post, Sacombank, Vinaconex, Viet Tien, Minh Phu Seafood, ATAD, Thien Long, Hung Thinh, KSB – Bimico. TOP10 Vietnam Gold Star 2021 achieved revenue of more than 554,000 trillion VND , contributed more than 9,000 billion VND to the state budget and created jobs for over 107,000 employees .
Appreciating the achievements and contributions of TOP200 brands that won the Vietnam Gold Star Award 2021, Head of Economic Department Tran Tuan Anh affirmed: “With more than 2,100 businesses being honored and awarded the Vietnam Gold Star Award, Mr. Over the past 18 years, we have witnessed the unremitting efforts of Vietnamese businesses and entrepreneurs, affirming the position, prestige and trust of domestic and international partners and consumers. economy, making positive contributions to the process of innovation, integration and economic development of the country.”
Along with that, businesses that won the Vietnam Gold Star Award have actively and effectively participated in social security activities, showing high responsibility to employees and society, especially in difficult times when the whole country is working together to achieve the goal of maintaining a stable recovery of production and business; while preventing and combating the COVID-19 pandemic.
Recognizing the valuable contributions and contributions of businesses and entrepreneurs to the development of the country, the Head of the Central Economic Commission congratulated the businesses that were honored to receive the Vietnam Gold Star Award 2021, especially are the enterprises voted in the TOP 10.

To achieve that goal, the role of the business community and entrepreneurs is extremely important.
The head of the Central Economic Commission suggested that the business community and Vietnamese entrepreneurs, including young Vietnamese entrepreneurs and Vietnamese Gold Star businesses, will continue to promote their aggressive role on the development front.
