“Patient 17” has tested negative for the novel coronavirus in the second time and be able to discharge.
The Ministry of Health has updated the health condition of Covid-19 patients. Accordingly, “Patient 17” has tested 2 times, the test results showed negative for coronavirus and can discharge from the hospital.
Up to now, Vietnam reports 94 coronavirus patients, of which 17 patients recovered and 3 patients have tested negative 2 times and can discharge. In short, there are 20 patients who have been treated successfully.
Among remaining patients, 7 patients have tested negative for the first time, including 3 patients at The National Hospital of Tropical Diseases, 2 patients at Da Nang, 1 patient at Hue Central Hospital and 1 patient at HCMC Hospital of Tropical Diseases.

“Patient 17” (N.H.N, 26 years old) traveled in England, Italy, France and landed in Hanoi on March 1 on the flight VN0054. She has been isolated and treated on March 5.
After “Patient 17” got infected with Covid-19, 14 people who shared the same flight with “Patient 17” have tested positive.
Lately, the blockade on Truc Bach street where Patient 17 lived already was lifted on March 20 after 14 days of isolation.
