Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong, Deputy General Director of Central Retail Group shared that: During Covid -19 epidemic, people were afraid to go to crowded places, thus we start selling essential commodities to support our customers.
Accordingly, from March 23, 15 Nguyen Kim stores in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and some provinces started selling basic commodities including rice, sugar, cooking oil, salt, monosodium glutamate, hand gel, dishwashing liquid, room spray, dry food such as instant noodles and foodstuffs and canned processing such as canned pork, canned fresh milk.
“Our goods are bought from Big C to ensure quality and stable price, the pricing structure applied in Nguyen Kim is similar to that applied at Big C supermarket chain”, Deputy General Director of the Group Central Retail stressed.
Essential commodities have been on the shelves for 2 days but have received numerous positive feedback from customers.
“I was very surprised to hear that Nguyen Kim Electronics chain will sell essential products such as salt, rice, canned pork at a stable price, so I will not need to go to BigC to line up anymore”, Ms. Nguyen Thu Hang, who lives in Le Trong Tan, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi, said.
