Metro Line 1 is undergoing a full-line trial run, starting from Suoi Tien station and traversing 14 elevated stations, passing through three underground stations, and culminating at Ben Thanh station before returning to the starting point.
A representative of the Ho Chi Minh City Urban Railway Management Board (MAUR) has confirmed that the full-line trial run of Metro Line 1 (Ben Thanh – Suoi Tien) will take place on August 29th.
Currently, MAUR is collaborating with relevant parties to finalize the event plan with a schedule set two days earlier than the initial proposal from the contractor, Hitachi (Japan).
Metro train No. 1 will test run the entire route from Suoi Tien station to Ben Thanh station on August 29.
