Presented under the auspices of the Mexican Embassy in Vietnam, the Mexican Cuisine Festival is a delightful blend of cultural celebration and culinary exploration, showcasing Mexico’s diverse and rich gastronomic heritage. The event will be hosted at the esteemed Sofitel Legend Metropole Hotel throughout May.
Commencing on May 3rd, this month-long festival will be held at the renowned Angelina Cocktail Bar – Whisky Lounge – Restaurant. Collaborating with Angelina’s chefs and Metropole’s Executive Chef Remi Van Peterghem, acclaimed Mexican cuisine chef Gabriela Espinosa, currently based in Bangkok, will curate a special menu that pays homage to the unique culinary flavors of Mexico.
