FLC’s former executive board has seen six high-level leaders resign from their positions since 2022, including CEO Bui Hai Huyen and two deputy general directors who recently resigned.
On February 27th, FLC Corporation’s board of directors received resignation letters from the standing vice chairman and CEO, Bui Hai Huyen, as well as two deputy general directors, Dam Ngoc Bich and Le Thi Truc Quynh.
“Saying goodbye is extremely difficult, but I understand that FLC really needs a new direction after all the events that have passed. Therefore, my departure from the CEO position at this time is necessary to ensure the success of FLC’s restructuring process,” Huyen wrote in a farewell letter to staff and employees.
CEO Bui Hai Huyen has resigned.
