A two-floor house in the northern province of Lao Cai suddenly collapsed early Monday morning.
The incident happened at 117 Quy Hoa Street in Lao Cai City at around 2 am today, April 12. While sleeping in the house, people heard a strange sound. The residents escaped the house before it collapsed.
The incident occurred early in the morning when there were no passers-by on the street.
According to the initial information, construction was underway at the plot next to the house. This may be the reason for the incident.
The cause of the collapse is still under further investigation.
