Previously, from April 19 to October 25, 2024, VASCO increased the frequency of flights from Ho Chi Minh City to Ca Mau and vice versa on Fridays and Sundays. However, from June 14 to July 31, the unit cut Friday and Sunday flights. The reason given by Vietnam Airlines Corporation for this reduction was the declining effectiveness of the Ho Chi Minh City – Ca Mau route.
