Along the Han River, the grand fireworks display, spanning five weeks, is designed around the theme “Made In Unity” to inspire the community with messages of peace, friendship, and humanity.
This year, DIFF 2024 will feature teams from eight countries: France, Italy, Germany, Poland, China, Finland, the United States, and Vietnam. Each night, the teams will showcase their creativity with a 20-minute fireworks display based on different themes such as “Made Of Unique Culture,” “Made Of Nature Wisdom,” “Made Of Love Inspiration,” “Made Of Fairytales,” and more.
The opening ceremony and the grand finale will be broadcast live on Vietnam Television, and the winning team will receive a prize of up to 35,000 USD.

Journalist Pattarawadee Saengmanee also mentioned that this annual fireworks festival was first held in 2008 with the effort to make Da Nang a Fireworks Festival City and a top destination in Vietnam and Asia. Every year, this grand festival attracts over a million tourists and generates millions of USD for the city’s tourism industry.
Visitors can also extend their trip by exploring the Golden Bridge or enjoying the thrilling amusement parks and captivating performances at Sun World Ba Na Hills. This summer, the park is preparing to host several exciting new events and activities, such as a unique musical circus show featuring stars from around the world.
Dubbed the David Copperfield of the comedic magic world, Maestro Voronin will bring performances that combine extraordinary skills with impressive illusions. His talented son, Maxim, the world’s youngest circus director, will also captivate audiences with his action movie-like magic tricks.
