The Southeastern provinces evaluate that the planning of the Saigon River and Dong Nai River waterfronts holds significant importance in harnessing the economic potential of riverbank areas, ports, tourism, and water transportation.
During a recent meeting among the leaders of the Southeastern provinces, they unanimously agreed to propose a direction for planning the Saigon River and Dong Nai River waterfronts, connecting the Southeastern region.
According to these provincial leaders, the planning of the Saigon River and Dong Nai River waterfronts is of vital importance for exploiting the economic potential of riverbank areas, ports, tourism, water transportation, environmental protection, ecology, and water source security for localities.
