77 land lots in Tien Hai district and 12 land lots in Kien Xuong district (Thai Binh province) will be auctioned in July. The minimum starting price is over 880 million Vietnamese dong per lot.
The auction company, Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company, has just announced the auction of assets from the Land Development Fund and Industrial Cluster Center of Tien Hai district.
Specifically, the auction involves the land use rights for 77 land lots in the residential planning area south of Dong Minh stadium, Tien Hai district, Thai Binh province. The land lots have a long-term duration and are intended for residential purposes.
