Mr. Pham Nhat Vuong has announced the decision to establish the Green-Smart-Mobility Joint Stock Company (GSM), which provides services for renting cars, electric motorcycles, and VinFast taxi services.
The Green-Smart-Mobility Joint Stock Company has a charter capital of 3,000 billion VND, which is established by Mr. Pham Nhat Vuongg, the Chairman of Vingroup, with a 95% stake in the company. GSM operates in two main areas, including car and electric motorcycle rentals and electric taxi services.
GSM Company specializes in providing car rental services, electric motorbikes and electric taxi services.
