Hanoi People’s Committee to develop over 1.2 million square meters of social housing, preparing to invest in 1-2 independent social housing projects from now until 2025 with an estimated budget of nearly VND 13,000 billion.
The Hanoi People’s Committee has issued a decision approving the Housing Development Plan for the period 2021-2025. The city has set a target for housing development during the period 2021-2025, with an average housing area per capita in the entire city reaching 29.5 square meters. Specifically, the urban area will achieve 31 square meters per person and the rural area will reach 28 square meters per person. The minimum housing area will strive to reach 10 square meters per person.
