
Hanoi authorities announced they have opened two site especially for foreigners, who are living and working in the city to receive Covid-19 vaccinations.
According to local authorities, the vaccinations for foreigners will be offered beginning at 8am, September 16th until 5pm or as supplies last.
All foreigners can go to My Dinh Stadium in Nam Tu Liem District or St. Paul’s Hospital in Ba Dinh District with their ID/ Passport for vaccination. The authorities advise there will be interpreters onsite to assist with any issues at arise.
Officials have been asked to evaluate the results of social distancing orders to propose a plan for coronavirus prevention and economic recovery after September 21.

According to a latest decision issued by the mayor of Vietnam’s capital city Chu Ngoc Anh on Wednesday, districts that have not recorded any coronavirus community transmission since September 6 would be allowed to reopen food and beverage places. However, only takeaways are allowed and they must be closed before 9 p.m.

The 22 districts that meet the requirement for the reopening are Tay Ho, Ba Dinh, Hoan Kiem, Nam Tu Liem, Bac Tu Liem, Long Bien, Hoai Duc, Thanh Oai, Gia Lam, Dong Anh, Soc Son, Me Linh, Ba Vi, Son Tay, Phuc Tho, Dan Phuong, Thach That, Quoc Oai, Chuong My, Ung Hoa, My Duc and Phu Xuyen.
All businesses and services must abide by coronavirus control measures like wearing masks and keeping distance, and make medical declarations. All customers must present QR codes when shopping.
