Three Vietnamese bars have been named among Asia’s best by William Reed Business Media, a U.K.-based magazine and digital media company.

It operates from 5:30 p.m. to 2 a.m. and offers cocktails like jackfruit sticky rice, Jasmine Negroni, and Truffle Martini, as well as traditional Vietnamese dishes such as banh mi, pho, and mangosteen salad with shredded chicken.
The Hudson Room, situated on the rooftop floor of Capella Hanoi Hotel, ranked 81st. Inspired by 1920s New York, it accommodates 80 guests and serves premium items like caviar and beef steak alongside its cocktails.
Drinking & Healing, located at 25 Ho Tung Mau Street in HCMC’s District 1, came in 99th. This bar, on the second floor of an old apartment building, can serve 100 guests and is open from 6:30 p.m. to 2 a.m. Cocktails here start at VND228,000 (US$9).
The rankings are determined by votes from Asia’s 50 Best Bars Academy, a group of 265 industry professionals, including bartenders, bar owners, drinks writers, educators, and cocktail enthusiasts. Singapore leads the extended list with eight bars, followed by Bangkok with six, and Tokyo with five. The 1-50 list will be released later this week.
