On October 9, Mr. Huynh Cao Nhat, Deputy Director of Binh Dinh Provincial Department of Tourism, said that from now until the end of the month, three 5-star cruise ships will one by one bring European tourists to Quy Nhon Port to visit local landmarks and attractions.
“This is a good sign for Binh Dinh tourism because Quy Nhon beach town has become a destination for international cruise tours. The image of Binh Dinh land and people will be widely promoted and introduced to European countries,” Mr. Nhat said.
According to statistics from Binh Dinh Department of Tourism, in the past 9 months, about 3.5 million visitors have come to the locality to visit and relax (an increase of more than 200% compared to the same period last year), of which 65,000 are international visitors.
Revenue from tourism activities in the province has increased strongly with tourism revenue in the first 9 months of the year reaching nearly 11,600 billion VND, an increase of more than 617% compared to the same period in 2021.

Binh Dinh Tourism Industry is connecting with a series of travel agencies in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and Hanoi to bring international tourists to visit and relax in Quy Nhon beach town in the last months of the year. This province is implementing many solutions to attract tourists to the Russian market and some Eastern European countries by 2025.
Previously, on October 8, the 5-star cruise ship Le Laperouse (French nationality) carried 116 crew members and 106 passengers from countries in Europe including Belgium, France, Greece, Russia, Spain, Switzerland, Germany, England… have docked at Quy Nhon Port.
Immediately after the ship docked, Quy Nhon Port Border Guard Station and Binh Dinh Provincial Border Guard coordinated with relevant agencies to ensure absolute security and safety for the ship, passengers and crew during the ship’s arrival and departure from Quy Nhon Port.
The delegation of international tourists visited attractive landscapes such as Twin Towers (Quy Nhon City), Canh Tien Tower (ancient Cham tower, An Nhon town), Mang Lang church, Ghenh Da Dia (Tuy An district)… and Quy Nhon coastal town.
