Recently, Phu Quoc Express shared its passenger transport schedule from Ho Chi Minh City and Vung Tau to Con Dao and back until the end of May 2024.
The new schedule, commencing May 14 after the opening ceremony of the Saigon – Con Dao route on May 13, will feature the Thang Long supership connecting Ho Chi Minh City, Con Dao, and Vung Tau.
Departing from Vung Tau at 7:30 a.m. on May 14, the ship will ferry passengers to Con Dao, with the return trip scheduled for 1 p.m. on the same day, heading from Con Dao to Ho Chi Minh City. On May 15, the ship will depart from Ho Chi Minh City to Con Dao at 7:30 a.m. and return at 1 p.m. to Vung Tau.
This rotating schedule between the three locations will run until May 31, with additional ships available for passenger transport if needed.
Ticket prices for the Saigon – Con Dao route will range from 615,000 VND to 1.1 million VND per trip, depending on passenger type, ticket class, and departure time. These prices are slightly higher than those of the current Vung Tau – Con Dao route.
Under favorable weather conditions, the cruise from Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon Hiep Phuoc port, Nha Be district) to Ben Dam port (Con Dao district, Ba Ria – Vung Tau province) is estimated to take approximately 5 hours.
