According to information from The Gioi Di Dong, accumulated in the first 4 months of 2022, the company recorded consolidated net revenue of VND 47,908 billion and profit after tax of VND 1,819 billion. Online revenue reached VND 7,468 billion, up 145% over the same period, accounting for 16% of Mobile World’s total revenue. Thus, the Company has completed 34% of the revenue plan and 29% of the year’s profit after tax plan.
3 chains The Gioi Di Dong, Dien May Xanh and TopZone recorded accumulated revenue of VND 39.1 trillion, up 21% over the same period. In which, Dien May Xanh Supermini contributed more than 3,500 billion VND in accumulated revenue, double the same period in 2021.
TopZone has 35 selling points and brought in nearly 670 billion VND in the first 4 months of the year. The Gioi Di Dong has set a target of Apple product revenue of USD 650 million in 2022 and USD 1 billion in 2023. If this goal is realized, Mobile World will become the leading partner of Mobile World. Apple in the Asia region.
Bach Hoa Xanh recorded accumulated revenue of VND 8,200 billion, up 2% over the same period. Up to the end of April, Bach Hoa Xanh has implemented the change of layout (store layout – arrangement) according to the new standard for 460 out of 2,140 stores. This change will disrupt in-store business for about 3-5 days. Average daily revenue of stores that have been operating stably for at least 30 days with the new layout increased by about 10% compared to before the change. Bach Hoa Xanh is expected to complete the layout change for the entire store in the third quarter.
Currently, Bach Hoa Xanh is providing customers with the option to buy fresh food online with an exact time commitment (6 delivery frames per day, 2 hours each). In the near future, Bach Hoa Xanh will test fast delivery on demand for customers who want to receive goods within 60 minutes.
An Khang has 250 pharmacies at the end of April. Cumulative sales are 3.7 times higher than the same period last year. The average revenue of each stable operating pharmacy is 700-800 million/month for the independent model and 400-500 million/month for the model next to Bach Hoa Xanh store. An Khang is aiming for the milestone of 500 pharmacies in July 2022.
In the experimental business segments, AVA Kids achieved sales of 1.5-2 billion VND/store/month. AVAKids is working to complete 50 stores by early June 2022.
