Hanoi Railway Transport Joint Stock Company (Haraco) said that the railway is organizing to receive registrations to buy collective tickets for the 2023 Lunar New Year train.
Time to receive registration from October 11 to 16:00 on October 20, 2022.
The time to open and sell Tet tickets widely is expected from October 25, 2022; The time for selling tickets for the group that has been allocated seats is expected from 8:00 a.m. on October 25 to the end of October 31, 2022.
Haraco’s representative said that the registration of collective tickets before opening for sale is to create favorable conditions for workers, students to buy tickets more conveniently during the peak of international ticket sales.
In particular, the railway industry gives priority to units of the people’s armed forces, universities, colleges, industrial parks, export processing zones, and social organizations.
Regarding ticket purchase procedures, the railway accepts registrations of 5 or more tickets for each turn and return. Passengers contact directly at the terminals and bring the introduction letter, ticket purchase list, passenger summary table for the first time and for the return trip.
Previously, Hanoi Railway Transport Joint Stock Company sold monthly tickets for passenger trains from Hanoi to Hai Phong to increase convenience, save time and costs for passengers who often travel by train on this route.
Regarding the ticket price, the ticket type of 550,000 VND/ticket/month applies to departure stations which are Hanoi, Long Bien, Gia Lam stations, arrival stations are Cam Giang and Hai Duong stations, and vice versa. Ticket type 800,000 VND/ticket/month applies to departure stations which are Hanoi, Long Bien, Gia Lam stations, arrival stations are Phu Thai, Thuong Ly, Hai Phong stations, and vice versa.
