In order to effectively prevent the epidemic and at the same time meet the requirements of opening up and recovering the economy, it is necessary to change and flexibly adapt to different regions and times.
If it is no longer suitable, then boldly quit
According to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Huy Nga, former Director of the Department of Preventive Medicine (Ministry of Health), not only making medical declarations, keeping a distance and not gathering people is no longer suitable for the current situation.
Mr. Nga also said that now, there are no longer strict penalties for cases of not wearing masks or gathering in large numbers, because it depends on the actual situation.
Because at tourist spots, bus stations or public places, anyone who declares health can just declare it, it doesn’t matter if anyone doesn’t do it, there’s no check. As for “distance” and “not focusing”, thousands of people are crammed together in one space, hot and full of human smell. In those places, everyone can do it, many people wear masks half-closed and half-open, no one mentions.
