The Khanh Hoa authorities have recently received 5 villas covering an area of over 9,200 square meters in the Bao Dai Palace heritage site for local management, restoration, and preservation.
On May 29th, the People’s Committee of Khanh Hoa province decided to revoke the land of the 5 heritage villas in the Bao Dai luxury resort project (Vinh Nguyen ward, Nha Trang city) from the business entity.
These villas are part of a project leased by Khanh Ha Investment Joint Stock Company (under the Ha Do Group). After the revocation, the provincial People’s Committee assigned the villas to the Khanh Hoa Heritage Conservation Center for management.
As a unit under the Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, the center must await instructions from the Department to develop plans, conservation projects, repairs, and utilization of the Bao Dai Palace heritage site.
