HÀ NỘI — English education in Việt Nam is about to get a major upgrade, thanks to MM Publications delivering top-notch, internationally standardised materials to students and teachers nationwide.

A world-leading publisher that offers innovative educational solutions to support the teaching and learning of English has signed a cooperation and distribution agreement with the Việt Nam’s InBook International Bookstore. As a result, InBook will be the exclusive distributor of MM Publications’ offers in Việt Nam.
Under the four-year agreement, MM Publications will provide critical support in commerce, branding and academics to InBook. This partnership aims to bring advanced and tailored English teaching materials to educational institutions, teachers, and learners nationwide, contributing to the growth of modern and sustainable education in the country.
Speaking at deal signing ceremony in Hà Nội on Monday, Director of InBook International Bookstore Co., Ltd. Nguyễn Hương Lan said that she first met representatives from MM Publications at the Frankfurt Book Fair in 2017.
“At that time, when our company was newly established, MM Publications was already providing high-quality English language teaching (ELT) materials in over 120 countries. Despite my inexperience in ELT, they were incredibly patient and supportive, nurturing our understanding of the field. Over the past seven years, MM Publications has been our steadfast partner, enabling us to bring their resources to numerous schools and teachers in Việt Nam.

“This signing ceremony marks a significant milestone and demonstrates our commitment to closely collaborate and affirm MM Publications’ contributions to Việt Nam’s education sector. I sincerely thank them for their excellent cooperation and look forward to more high-quality educational materials for students and teachers in the future,” Lan said.
According to CEO Giannis Malkogiannis, the company focuses on three main areas – ELT, ICT with robotics and AI and mathematics and science education. MM Educational Group has been contributing to global education since 1994 and has had a presence in Asia since 1998, with books selected by the Chinese government for public education for over 20 years. They collaborate closely with Ministries of Education in countries like Qatar and Hungary and receive support from international organisations such as UNESCO and UNICEF.
A key milestone in 2024 was their partnership with McGraw Hill, a major US distributor.
“In Việt Nam, we have had the privilege of working with InBook International Bookstore for many years. Today, we reaffirm our commitment to maintaining and growing this fruitful partnership. We are thrilled to continue strengthening our presence in Việt Nam and contributing to the development of high-quality educational resources for students and teachers here,” he said.

Attending the ceremony, the Head of the English department of the Vietschool Pandora Interleval Secondary – Primary School Bui Huyen Trang who said that she believed that the books provided by MM Publications are not only of outstanding quality, but also perfectly suited to the diverse learning needs of students and teachers in Việt Nam.
