Recently, Australia’s travel website Escape published an article introducing the world’s most ideal destinations for September, including Vietnam’s ancient town of Hoi An.
According to Escape’s travel writer Simone Mitchell, the weather in Hoi An in September ranges from 24°C to 31°C, making it perfect for travel. It’s also the transitional season, so visitors may experience occasional light rain showers.
Mornings and afternoons in Hoi An are usually sunny, providing ideal conditions for exploring the ancient town and its surrounding areas.

September is also not the peak tourist season in Hoi An, meaning that travelers visiting during this time can avoid the crowds typically seen during the summer months or long holidays.
The popular travel site also recommends visitors not to miss the chance to attend the Lantern Festival, which usually takes place on the 14th day of the lunar month.
In addition to Hoi An, other destinations on Escape’s list of top places to visit in September include Kyoto (Japan), Istanbul (Turkey), Bali (Indonesia), Barcelona (Spain), Vancouver (Canada), and more.
