According to Time Out, there is no better place to enjoy a vacation than on an island. This is especially impressive when visitors set foot on untouched islands, comfortably enjoying the peaceful space, exploring tropical forests, and admiring spectacular natural landscapes.
With so many islands in the world, Time Out selected nine “secret” islands that are less crowded, allowing visitors to relax and enjoy a private vacation, with Con Dao ranked second on this list.
Time Out noted that Con Dao possesses fine white sandy beaches, clear blue waters, and a rich variety of flora and fauna for visitors to explore. Here, people can spend time boating around the island, admiring the impressive cliffs, snorkeling to see coral reefs, and watching turtles lay eggs.
Besides Con Dao, Time Out also recommended other pristine islands such as Jicaro (Nicaragua), Pico (Portugal), Aldabra (Seychelles), Reunion, Perhentian Islands (Malaysia), Filicudi (Italy), Rottnest (Australia), and Iriomote (Japan).
