Surpassing renowned airports in Singapore, Thailand, Japan, etc., an airport in Vietnam has been voted the best in the world by business executives in 2024.
While airlines continually change and improve services to meet the increasing demands of affluent passengers, airports tend to lag behind.
Therefore, BusinessFinancing, based in the UK, conducted a new study based on business passenger feedback, rather than ordinary passengers, to rank the best and worst airports globally.
Noi Bai Airport was once in the top 100 best airports in the world according to Skytrax rankings as well as the list of fastest airports in line.
To identify the best and worst evaluations worldwide, BusinessFinancing cross-referenced all passenger ratings for major international airports from Airline Quality data and calculated average ratings from participants categorized as “business travelers.”
The research revealed that 14 of the top 20 international airports for business passengers are in Asia and the Middle East. The rest are in Europe, except for Midway International Airport, ranked 19th in Chicago, Illinois, with an average rating of 4.37 out of 10. There are no top airports in the UK.
The best airport is Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi, with business passengers giving it an average rating of 6.80. “This airport has numerous impressive facilities, especially the sky observation deck and many amenities for aviation enthusiasts. The terminals are extremely clean, and airport staff are very friendly. Additionally, there are excellent dining options,” BusinessFinancing noted.
