The northern region of Vietnam has been forecasted to experience another new cold snap from today, November 25.
According to the National Centre for Hydro-meteorological Forecasting, the cold weather would also affect some localities in the northern central region.
Rains have been predicted for the northern and northern central regions from this evening.
The Gulf of Tokin would have strong winds.
Earlier, Dr. Hoang Phuc Lam, deputy director from National Centre for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, said that the northern region of Vietnam would have a warmer winter this year.
December would 1-1.5 degrees centigrade higher than last year, while the temperature rise for January and February would be 0.5-1 degree centigrade.
