Another group of men and women were caught being high on drugs inside a rented villa in the southern beach city of Vung Tau on early Saturday morning.
Police officers in Vung Tau City, located in Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province, carried out a sudden raid on a villa for lease along the beach in Ward 10, where a total of 22 people were using narcotics against the law.
The 14 men and eight women come from the north-central provinces of Nghe An and Ha Tinh, the Central Highlands province of Dak Lak, and Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province.
At the police station, they claimed to have thrown a party at the villa to consume ecstasy.
Officers are now finalizing their case report to determine a suitable penalty for the offenders.

This is not the first time people have rented villas in Vung Tau to get high on narcotics.
On the early morning of October 21, police in Ward 2, Vung Tau arrested 12 men and four women for illegal drug use.
A group of 10 people were taken into custody by police in Ward 1 in mid-August for a similar offense.
In late April, 13 men and 18 women were showing signs of being high on drugs by the swimming pool inside a villa in Ward 1.
Several of the men were Australian and Malaysian nationals.
