Vinh City severely submerged following heavy rains

Many streets in Vinh City in the central province of Nghe An have been put under water following heavy rains.
The rains lasted from yesterday evening to this morning, October 16.
The serious inundation affected local traffic.
Streets such as Le Ninh, Nguyen Van Cu, Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Nguyen Truong To and Duy Tan are still facing critical flooding, causing many vehicles to suffer from stalled engines. Lots of houses have been also flooded.
